They're supported in that they can be used as normal IDE
drives. NetBSD 1.3 doesn't support the especially fast nature of those
drives yet, in 1.3 or -current, but might soon. I won't be surprised
if it shows up in the next major release, but it won't show up in a
NetBSD patch release before then.
