You can shrink your extended partition with the pfdisk program in
/mit/netbsd/i386/utils.  You have to be careful, though; if you have
any questions, please copy down the partition listing pfdisk gives you
and get back to us rather than making a change which might destroy
data on your hard disk.  You need to make sure that your extended
partition contains all of the space used by the logical partitions
within it.  Once you've shrunk the extended partition, you can just go
through the NetBSD installation and the install system will create a
NetBSD partition for you in the third slot.
