I once worked on a script to take care of this, but I don't think I
finished testing it, so you're stuck doing it by hand.

/etc/hosts needs an entry for the new hostname and IP address.
/etc/hostname.ep0 (where "ep0" is your network driver interface, which
 might be "ed0" or some such") needs the new hostname and broadcast
 address.
/etc/mygate needs the new gateway address.
/etc/myname needs to be changed to the new hostname.
