Well, it's not that simple.
What is the reason you're trying to run 3.2A? Does the default
which we set up with netbsd-athena not support your graphics
adaptor?
If that's the case, first you should try just installing
the appropriate server in /etc/X
If that doesn't work, then you're probably going to upgrade everything,
which means you will ned to install X local on your machine.
You will need to make /usr/X11 not point into AFS land, and then
you will need to install X as you would normally (I heartly
reccomend you avoid this until you're sure you can't use 3.2)
