The web pages were written by one of the NetBSD-Athena developers
without a whole lot of buy-in from the rest of us, so take them with a
grain of salt.

There is a newer version available, but the web page is still as
correct as it was before.
/afs/sipb/project/doc/current/netbsd-install.dvi has been updated for
the new installation, and you should follow the instructions there.
(The web page referred to doc/netbsd, which is the development
directory; I've fixed that problem to avoid potential confusion.)
