Be warned, though, that in some nations, you won't have the right to do  
this - especially as an ISP, but in some cases also as an employer. In  
these nations, you might go to jail unless you have very good reasons -  
maybe even then. And the fine print in your contracts may not be enough to  
bail you out, either.

Definitely ask a good lawyer first who understands your local privacy  
legislation. Snooping on your user just might be a risky thing.
