Just a quick clarification.  I didn't write the original message, or even 
come up with the annoyingly long Subject line.  I just found it on the 
linux-ISP list, and figured that it should belong here on the 
linux-security list.  I have yet to hear of anyone else with this 
problem, so maybe this guy managed to find the only binary with this 
problem, or he compiled it himself and doesn't remember.
