Hi all,

here's the current list of Linux distributions with information on their
vulnerability.

	Yggdrasil	Plug&Play, Fall 94 vulnerable
Red Hat Helloween Release not vulnerable (*)
Mother's Day Release not vulnerable (*)
	Debian Distribution vulnerable, fixed
							on primary FTP site
							as of yesterday (*)
	Slackware	Versions 2.0, 2.1, 2.2, 2.3	vulnerable

(*) These have been reported by the distribution maintainers themselves.

Thanks a lot to everyone who sent this information!

Have a nice day
Olaf

PS: Sorry for my garbled PGP signature on the linux-alert posting. I sent
it out with mailx, and it gobbled one line that started with `~ftp/bin' :-(
