A while ago I did several fixes to wu-ftpd-2.4 that makes it much more
paranoid, includes some mods I found in a Debian release someplace, and
adds s/key support. By default it disables all SITE commands completely,
although that might not be what you were looking for.
Anyway, start with avian.org:/src/fixkits/README and look at wu24.fix if
you're curious.
