I just thought I'd put out a quick FYI with a breakdown of the Linux
security lists' current propagation for those that may be interested in
seeing the widespread interest in Linux security, as well as the
widespread use of Linux in general.

All four lists (linux-security, linux-security-digest, linux-alert, and
linux-alert-digest) are lumped together into one report here for
brevity--thus the total number of subscriptions and the totals for each
domain are misleading; many people subscribe to more than one list, and
many of the subscriptions are actually remote mailing lists to yet more
people. The geographical breakdown is the main interesting point...

The domain descriptions are taken directly from the 'whois' service.

P.S. Anyone out there that runs a Majordomo server and/or is interested
in a copy of my compilation utility (I whipped up a small Perl program
to do this, as well as created an association map for domains) can just
drop me e-mail...
