hi

this call depends on the device file-descriptor, which is exactly what i
don't have.

is there a call in user-space to translate from file-name to device name or
that i have to parse /etc/fstab and look for the mount point?

please CC me for answers as i'm not register to the mailing list

THX
/gabi
