To my knowledge, the only free one (GPL) is in the Qlogic
driver from Feral:

   http://www.feral.com/

I haven't played with it, though.

Now, I have implemented a target mode for Qlogic (too), but that
one is closed-source. I intended to collaborate with the maintainer
of the SCSI subsystem and with M. Jacob so to define a target
driver API in the Linux kernel, and maybe see if I can either
open-source my driver, or make the Feral driver do what I
need for the IP over SCSI stuff, however I have lacked time recently.

In the ip-over-scsi package I think there is implementation for
AHA152x and AMD.
