I disagree.  As far as I can tell, the whereabouts of this driver development
is non-existant.  I think most people will do what I did - go to Tekram's
website and download the old 1.0.  If I weren't concerned with having it in
the kernel tree, I would probably never have found this out and still be using
the Tekram's 1.0 driver.

I think getting it into the kernel will greatly increase its exposure and
encourage development.  At the very least there should be a mention somewhere
(perhaps README.tmscsim) how to get this driver.

That's good news.  Which kernel and driver versions are you using?
