i will not buy or recomend any hp scsi product after the way thier sevice
ppl treated me, so far i know they have lost $4000 bucks from me and my
clients. the line i got from them was your not using our software, we dont
support it. i bought a scsi cdrecorder not a piece of software that came
with hardware.

so time to clip my coupon and snail mail it. some how i dont think thier
gonna compensate me for lost time, long distance to hp support, ruined
media, dents in the wall, and above all there not going to replace it with
what was state of the art techknowgy at the time, in the current time
frame

sorry for the ranting, but others may want to particapate

My opinions are my own and not that of my employer even if I am self employed
