Well, after a day of download, compile, repeat, I found the
problem... when I originally recompiled my kernel with "probe all
LUNs" enabled, I left some old SCSI modules laying around, so ide-scsi has
apparently never worked properly with multiple LUNs enabled, at least as
far back as kernel 2.2.13. However, when I disable the "probe all
LUNs" options, everything seems to work fine, including the 4x6 CD
jukebox.
