I have a machine at work with a older MO (Fujitsu M2513A), and a
Adaptec AHA-294X HA, which does no show the problem. A Friend of mine
has another (older) MO on a Symbios HA and there I can trigger the
problem too. So I assumed the problem may be the Symbios driver.

I already tried: 2.2.14, 2.2.15, 2.3.99.pre? with no visible
difference.
