 Hello, Heres my layout,
Redhat 6.1 stock 2.2.12 kernel it comes with. (To lazy to recompile right
now :) ).
 Ok I have a
Soyo Mainboard.
96 meg ram,
AMD K6-2 450
10.1gig ide,
4.6gig ide,
36x ide cdrom
Initio 9400 scsi Ultrawide card.
Smart & Friendly cd-r.
Last night I was using mkisofs to mirror a cd.
I had ppp up and setiathome and netscape and a few other things goin as
well as X. Netscape was d/ling a file to the 10.1 ide /dev/hda3 and I was
mkisofs off of /dev/scd0 and the kernel locked up and I have no errors
from the logs to show for it.
I'm using an active terminator on the scsi cable.

 Any suggestions?
Thanks Terry
