We're building SAN infrastructure stuff, and we're looking to test
FC/Linux. Regarding adapter selection, it seems the way to go is Qlogic,
since:
1) No source code for JNI adapter
2) HP Tachyon chipset on Interphase adapters much older than Qlogic/JNI
ASICs
Any other opinions on this topic?
We're also looking for FC disks to test. Does anyone know of
(relatively) inexpensive FC JBODs/RAIDs which are known to work under
Linux, and can work in both loop and fabric configurations?
Thanks,
-Mark
