Hello All,
Thanks to all who gave me advice.  I now have the 1542 installed and
running with 3 HD's on it but I still have a small problem.
From all the data sheets the drives should all be 'FAST' now this I assume
to mean 10MB's.  When I try and up the speed of the 1542 over 5.7MB's 
the check dies.  Is this because my 486 is unable to cope with the higher
speed or is it something else.
