I hope you can help me with this.  I've tried all the documented stuff 
about the boot command line: linux aha152x=0x340,11,7,1 and put it into and 
append in lilo.conf.  Even recompiled the kernel with AHA152x as the only 
SCSI support loaded directly rather than a module.  My IDE drives are fine, 
but it refuses to find my SCSI controller and I really need it to run my 
Tape drive.

Not being a real SCSI wizard myself I thought someone on this list could 
help.
