Latest fixes (Some changes done by Kurt Garloff (KG) <garloff@suse.de>):

  0.9.11Beta 2000/2/29

Check buffer filling by READ_POSITION.
(KG) Disabled buffer draining, it does not work.
Started to convert structs to directly match the ones on tape
          (except for the endinaness, obviously).
Implemented skip 80 semantics on read, but locate back in
          case of high SeqNumbers.
Accept both ADR-SEQ and ADR_SEQ as well as 1.1 and 1.2 and
adjust according to the 1.1 typos if needed.
If Initializing tapes, now use the fixed 1.2 spec: 0xBAE is the
location of the second cfg header frames.
Flush(), if dirty buffers exist and a locate needs to be done
VendorID now passed correctly to device.
      Added some debug messages.
-> With all this, tapes written to by recent and earlier versions
of osg as well as Gadis ide-tape driver can be handled.
