Subject: Re: your subscription request to linux-scsi

Hello,

Your subscription request for the following list has been rejected:

	linux-scsi

You sent the request as:	nygren@mit.edu
Requesting a subscription as:	linuxch-scsi.DISCUSS@bloom-picayune.mit.edu

It is the policy of the linux list administrators not to approve mailing
list subscription requests where the source address does not match the address
in the request, since this tends to be a source of all sorts of problems. In
some cases, this is caused by a misconfiguration at your site or with the
program you use to send email.

Please subscribe to the list from the same account that will be receiving
the list mail. If you do have a valid reason for subscribing from a different
account, you should also be able to "forge" a From: header to gain approval
(just remember to do this when you unsubscribe as well!)

thank you,

todd j. derr
