=46rom a userland/kernelland point of view, it does not belong to the kerne=
l,
but to the userspace. Having said that, it could still be distributed with
the kernel sources.
OTOH, one could pack it up with another piece of SCSI related software.
Actually, that's what I plan to do with the next scsidev release.
