I have made available latest sym/ncr driver updates (sym-1.5g/ncr-3.2d)
for the following kernel versions:

1) Linux-2.2.13
(The below 4 patches must be appled in that order)

ftp://ftp.tux.org/pub/roudier/drivers/linux/sym53c8xx/patch-53c8xx-s03-d00-2.2.13.gz
ftp://ftp.tux.org/pub/roudier/drivers/linux/sym53c8xx/patch-53c8xx-s03-d01-2.2.13.gz
ftp://ftp.tux.org/pub/roudier/drivers/linux/sym53c8xx/patch-53c8xx-s03-d02-2.2.13.gz
ftp://ftp.tux.org/pub/roudier/drivers/linux/sym53c8xx/patch-53c8xx-s03-d03-2.2.13.gz

2) Linux-2.3.31
(may also apply cleanly to 2.3.32 and 2.3.33, pre-2.3.34 is up-to-date)

ftp://ftp.tux.org/pub/roudier/drivers/linux/stable/patch-53c8xx-1.5g-2.3.31.gz

3) Other kernel versions
For other kernel versions, just copying the resulted driver files to your
kernel drivers/scsi/ directory is likely to work (pre-2.3.34-2 has the
up-to-date driver files).
By the way, drivers/scsi/*ncr53c8xx* drivers/scsi/*sym53c8xx* just matches
the driver files.

Gérard.
