Just tried a "dummy" burn on a Yamaha 4416 (at x4 speed)
through an advansys 5140 (ISA) adapter without any problems.
Also tried a burn through a advansys 940UW (PCI) adapter
without problems.
I am using a later scsi patch set than 2.3.33 . Perhaps you
should try Eric's latest and greatest (which I assume is not
yet in 34pre1). Eric provided details of where to find it
yesterday? on this group.
