I have a fdomain scsi card and a Panasonic/Matsushita 7502-B CD-R and I
recently ran into some problems writing discs (using cdrecord) when I upgraded
to linux 2.2.{12,13}. I could mount/read from the drive fine, but it seemed
whenever I tried to use anything that needed sg it would barf.
Anyway, to make a long story short I finally emailed Jorg Schilling, the author
and maintainer of cdrecord, and he suggested it was a linux scsi bug and
disabling "probe all LUNs" might fix it. Worked like a charm.

P.S. Thanks, Jorg! You rule.
