Hi.
I recently purchased a Trantor T130B SCSI card that I want to use just
with a Chinon 535 CD-ROM drive. I am running Linux kernel 1.2.1.
It took me a while but (after I RTFMed the SCSI-HOWTO), I was able to
read the CD-ROM configured with NO Interrupts. The card has a 53C400
chip on it.
I configured the driver for ncr5380=0x358,255.
This works.
Ideally I would like to use an interrupt driven driver. I defined
NCR53C400 to activate code that is #if'd for NCR53C400 but it doesn't
work. Infact I was getting some compilation errors in NCR5380.c.
These compilation errors lead me to question whether the IRQ driver
works.
Simply put - has anyone successfully gotten the INTERRUPT driven
driver to work with a Trantor T130B with the 53C400 chip?
Thanks,
