Andy,
There is some information on them to be found at
http://www.torque.net/sg [follow documentation link]
and see the ioctl sections (1 section is on sg-specific
ioctls and the other is on ioctls in common with other
high level scsi drivers (eg sd, st and sr). "sd"
specific and low-level driver specific ioctls are not
covered.
