hi,

i have a sb16 with adaptec6360 scsi controller on board...(using the aha152x
driver) I have a 1.0 gig imprimus drive and a 1.2 gig quantum,

the 1.0gig is my linux root and the 1.2 gig holds a Win95 filesystem...which
i mount as vfat ro in </etc/fstab> under mount pt </FireBall>

thing is...when i do a ls on the 1.2gig under </FireBall> it takes really
long more than a few seconds to get the output...

whats happening here? is it something to do with "disconnect/reconnect"

thanks,
vishal
