Configuring BusLogic Model BT-958 PCI Wide Ultra SCSI Host Adapter
Firmware Version: 5.05R, I/O Address: 0xFFF4, IRQ Channel: 10/Level
Firmware version 5.05R is truly *ancient* and was quite buggy. I think it was
the very first firmware release for the BT-958. I suggest you try 5.06J
available from my web site (http://www.dandelion.com/Linux/) and see if it
works any better.
