Hi,
Does anyone know whether the IWILL 2935UW SCSI Adapter Card is Linux
compatible ?
[ http://www.iwill.com.tw/products/side2935uw.htm ] Believe it is very
similar to the Adaptec AHA294X series
sharing the Initio bios and drivers (INI-9100UW).
I am using a P100 with 1 IDE and 1 SCSI drive and wish to install LINUX on
the SCSI (Seagate ST39173WC). Trying to get past the set up option from Red
Hat Linux 5.0 Hurricane but the setup routine
cannot detect the presence of the card/drive and I am not aware of any
options that need to be set.
I believe the cabling/host/terminations must be correct since SCSI works
under WIN 95. There are no conflicting IRQ/address problems confusing the
matter.
Thanks for any help
