I just ordered a 9.1GB IBM 9LZX UltraStar LVD drive (2nd gen with 4MB
cache) and an AHA-2940U2W controller for it. Could someone please give
me a warm and fuzzy that the new 2.2.0 linux kernel will support this
scsi controller? I got a little paranoid when reading some of the
flames in the newsgroups re: OS wars and such.

TIA,
