That's from the DPT driver.  Assuming you're not trying to use a PCI DPT 
board, don't worry about it.

Not in the distribution kernel.  Assuming you're using one of the AMD 
(essentially NCR53cf94 + first party DMA engine in one package) chips,
try

You don't have NCR5380, and if you force detection of one, you can 
expect problems.
