I have the ATX version of this motherboard and found that my system was a
lot happier when I tweaked the bios settings down a bit. In particular,
disabling "AGP 2X Mode" seemed to be the kicker that made things happy,
although I haven't done any exhaustive tests to determine if that was indeed
the culprit. Would be interested to hear whether this advice helps at all...
