I don't remember this clearly (it's been a couple of years), but is there
not a special FAQ on BIOS-less SCSI cards? The 1505 falls into this
category. It's also a really cheesy card. If this is something of any
level of importance, I'd buy a better SCSI card. The 1505 is really a
bottom-of-the-barrel product.

I am fairly new to the Linux world = until this=20 point I have used IDE
devices with no problems. I need to
add a = SCSI tape=20 drive the the system and am trying to get Linux to
recognize the 1505=20 card. I tryed
to load the module manually and attempted to make = the change=20 to the
lilo.conf as described in the
SCSI-HOWTO file to use the correct = address=20 but with no success. Booting
with the DOS drivers finds
the card. = If=20 anyone has this card working could you please explain
what you have=20 done.
CONFIGURATION
SCSI card 0x340 = int=3D11
