bing! answer is, move the stanza where if BLIST_SINGLELUN is set,
SDptr->single_lun gets set up to just below the block of
code where if BLIST_BORKEN is set, SDptr->borken gets set.
Someone said something almost along these lines, about a "recent patch"
correcting where single_lun got set, but it appears they meant 2.1, and
2.1 doesn't really do me much good (yet).
Oh well, problem solved.
