Please do! :)

This patch makes things work happily for me too. No need to tune any
defines or anything either ... it works out of the box like it should on
my jazz16 (tmc850) card + single (ugh) speed cdrom.

PS. 113 does not compile for me unless I add this to asm/hardirq.h
extern unsigned int local_bh_count[NR_CPUS];
