I don't know what circumstances are where you live, but RH 3.0 is like two
years old.  You might consider purchasing a later version, like at
http://www.cheapbytes.com, which can deliver outside the US.

Otherwise, post more information about your machine.  What type of
ethernet card, specifically the chipset it uses?  What RAID controller?
What kind of disks?

Is your root disk RAID as well, or do you at least have a basic
installation done?  If so, you might try downloading the latest kernel in
hopes it has support for your devices.
