If someone does have a working kernel and driver set which will support
the Adaptec aic_7890 chipset, Please post the information. I'm sure
there are a lot of people who, like myself, would like to get this
working.
As of my last e-conversation with the author of the aic7xxx driver,
there isn't a working patch yet.
