ncr syslog problems

Howdie, following appeared in my syslog, where I checked because the scsi
disks were behaving a bit odd (losing some data, changing some data).
I have, at the moment, SCSI-2, 1 2GB Dec Quantum Fireball thingy, 1 3.2GB Quantum
Fireball thingy, and a USDRIVE CDROM Drive
Any suggestions?
