I was thinking this(my degree is in Comp and Elec Eng but I try to forget as
muchelectrical as possible ;-), and ask a EE friend at work and he mentioned
that a
switching PS may not provide regulated power if it is not driving a minimum
load.
Since I don't have a scope to determine if the voltage is good, hesitant to put
it
back in that case. I think I will try to get a fan mounted in my existing
case.
