Advansys 940UW multiple internal connectors

I just read someone else's note about a BT-958, how they are using both
the 50 pin and 68 pin internal connector to allow them to have two
internal buses, one narrow and the other wide.
Can the Advansys 940UW do this as well? It too has an internal 50 pin
header, an internal 68 pin header, and an external 68 pin header.
