> Yes. That is the reason you might want to have the source.
To follow up on Hubert's comments. If you want something that really has
Linux _support_ don't use binary only products. If initio care to provide
a GPL'd source for their driver then it will fairly rapidly end up as
an out of the box item. If not, well BusLogic make excellent scsi controllers
including a dual channel ultra or ultra wide device, and they work really
well with 2.1
