Greetings! I'm trying to get an EISA NCR 53c710 SCSI adapter to work in
a damn Compaq (argh!), to no avail. I'm trying to install RH5 (2.0.32,
I think), and it won't seem to find the device when it trys to load
the module. I found someone else who had been trying to install on the
same model (a Prosignia VS), who said there was no support in the 2.0,
but in the 2.1. However, I couldn't find a configure option for it.
Does anyone know if such a beast will work, or should we just dump this
controller and get another?

Thanks for you time.

Dein Wil
