It looks like the drive already has spare sectors to be remapped. I´ve
activated the remapping bits with scs-config.

Doug Ledford, who is following this thread, is one of the co-authors of
the new AIC module. I´m sure he can determine if it´s an SMP issue, an
AIC module driver issue or a scsi driver issue.
I´m able to test and debug in a dual SMP PII if required.

I´ll do my best to catch this error, as I think it may affect more
people in the future, as 2.2 series are getting closer.
