ok I am using gtar to a remote machine,
a zip drive is connected to the machine,
this is the error tar is returning,
any idea's ??????????????????????
I get a similar error on the actual machine ?, and i have tried it with
varios zip disks
darksun@aqua[/tmp/mp3] gtar -cvf neumann:/dev/sd05a *.mp3
mib.mp3
november_rain.mp3
gtar: Only 2048 octets written in a total of about 10240
neumann:/dev/sd05a
gtar: Error is not recoverable: exiting now
