Hello Gerard & Manjunath,
Another method that involves using your Slackware Style
boot disk & the Rescue disk from Slackware .
boot using Gerard's Slakboot disk,
load the Salckware Rescue disk,
login as root
type in the below, to show all known partitions on
the available drives,
fdisk -l
From here goto town.... ;-)
