I believe it is one of the NCR drivers, the NCR53C7xx I'm pretty sure
At least this seems to work for the Prosignia pentium machines.

I know this wont answer your question but i have a similar situation.
I don't know where to turn, so I thought id ask everyone on this list. I
have a Compaq ProSignia server, (486DX2, 66mhz) that we replaced with a
faster server. I wanted to load Slakware on this machine and use it for
testing. The motherboard has a built-in SCSI controller (machine ID cpq0621
if that means anything), in the compaq config utility it says "SCSI
controller....embedded". I have a Seagate hard drive(st32550n) and a Pioneer
CD ROM (dr-124x) connected to the controller.
The problem is that I cant install linux because I don't know what kind of
SCSI controller is "embedded" in the mother board. I've read the linux SCSI
HOW-TO from top to bottom and i still cant figure out how to get it to
load(I've even tried guessing which ones listed in the how-to were closest
to the compaq). I would appreciate any input or suggestions that would
point me in the right direction. I think I remember about a month ago
someone mentioning that they were having problems with the world of
proprietary Compaqs and linux. It would be a shame to have to use this nice
server as parts.
Thanks again in advance
