Hi,
Since I use a pentium 200Mhz with PCI, I can't use my Tandberg 525MB
streamer.
With the at bus it was OK.
I use an Adaptec 2940AU host adapter.
when I write to the tape it is ok, when I read the tape too. The problem
arises when I do mt fsb or mt eod.
Target 0 (hard disk) hangs up. System freezes for 1 or 2 minutes. I
receive time out messages from HD and sense errors from st device.
When system wakes up I get Device I/O error message from tape.
I have put ST_NOWAIT 1 in st_options.h but it did not help.
I don't really believe it is a termination problem or cable as I use the
internal scsi ribbon cable.
Thanks for your help
Jacques
