What, if anything, is the difference between a BT-946S and BT-946C?
I have also seen a `KT-946 PCI' advertised. Is this an IDE card?
There is no such thing as a 946S, despite what any ads may say. The difference
between a BT-946C and KT-946C is that the former is a bare board with manual,
and the latter "kit" includes the driver package and an internal SCSI ribbon
cable. I've never used a DPT card so I cannot comment on which might be
better.
